Rising Stars: Meet Sarah Weber of Pennsylvania

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Weber.

Hi Sarah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Oh geeze….where to start?! While studying broadcast journalism at Penn State University, I began my acting and modeling career. After graduation, I primarily focused on that, but realized with in 2 years it was not going to bring me the stability I needed as far as income. I did a few odds and ends jobs then and ultimately found myself in car sales. I absolutely loved everything about sales and had begun my YouTube channel around that time. After a few years I didn’t feel challenged anymore and moved into real estate investing. Over the last 7 years I have done just under 400 deals, and hope to cross that 400 mark in 2026.

After diving into multiple areas of investing, I found myself feeling a little burned out from the industry and took a 6 month break in 2025 and went back to the drawing board. While I was offered multiple real estate positions during that time, it just didn’t feel right and I knew it was time to pivot, at least for the time being. Now I work as a casting/talent manager at a national TV network called Inside Success TV – a network fully dedicated to entrepreneurs and business owners.

I have found it to be a true crossroads for everything I love – business, TV and mindset and inspiration. I love hearing everyone who audition’s stories on how they came to create their unique businesses and the challenges they had to overcome.

I still make weekly YouTube videos for mindset, understanding yourself and spirituality. I haven’t felt this aligned in awhile!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As most people, it certainly has not been a smooth road. 2025 was by far the most difficult year I have faced so far. I dealt with a major health concern that led to surgery the first week of January 2026, had to go to court multiple times due to a bad tenant in one of my rental properties, moved out of the home I had lived in for 7 years, quit my job, lost a few friends and family members to the other side and all around was not in the best headspace. For reference, I typically read some sort of spiritual or self development book every 1-2 weeks, and last year went through a total of 2.

That being said, those events taught me a ton of lessons and showed me a lot about myself and the people surrounding me. I know that the greater the fall, the greater the comeback and have been very much feeling that this year. I feel more peace, alignment and excitement than I have in a long time, and I am grateful to have gone through (and gotten through) 2025. I’m very excited to start this new chapter and see where the wind takes me!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
While my day job tends to change every few years, the one thing that has remained consistent is my YouTube channel. I receive so much positive feedback that I am truly helping people grow and become the best versions of themselves, and I believe that truly is my mission. I have always been extremely good at not only reading people, but understanding what is holding them back. The answer? It’s always themselves for one reason or another, so I would say my specialty is being able to have a 15 minute conversation with someone and know exactly what they need to get to that next level of peace, happiness and true abundance.

Helping others IS the thing I am most proud of. Whether it’s sitting down and having a conversation and helping someone who may be homeless, to listening and understanding those in my personal life, to helping a broader amount of people through my YouTube channel, it is the one thing that lights me up. I believe the world would be a much better place if we all chose to live our lives from our hearts, rather than our ego, mind or societal standards and THAT is what I am all about.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
That I am an introvert. It’s funny because if you’re in my personal life, online or even in a work environment, I come off as very friendly and talkative. But what I don’t often show is the energy it really takes for me to be that way and the need to recoup with alone time. Growing up and into my adulthood, I never even knew this about myself. That is, until I began down the road of self mastery and spirituality. Undoing years of conditioning and really diving deeper into myself made me realize how much I genuinely need alone time to be able to charge up and pour from a full cup.

Most people tend to busy themselves to avoid their own thoughts, even if they don’t realize it. But that is where the true magic and transformation lies.
