Rising Stars: Meet Alexandra Peralta of Pennsylvania

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra Peralta.

Hi Alexandra, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey has been a combination of passion, persistence, faith, and learning to trust the path even when I could not see exactly where it was leading.

From a very young age, I was drawn to communication. I loved the idea of being in front of an audience, whether through television, radio, hosting, or any platform where I could connect with people. That dream stayed with me for many years, even during seasons when life took me in different directions.

In 2023, I decided to take a real step toward that dream and launched my podcast, “15 Minutos con Alexandra Peralta.” At the time, I did not know exactly how far it would go or what doors it would open, but I knew I wanted to create a space for meaningful conversations, inspiring stories, and real connection.

That decision became the beginning of so much more.

Since then, I have expanded into content creation, public speaking, master of ceremonies services, voice-over work, promotional collaborations with businesses, workshops, community initiatives, and event production. I have had the opportunity to host weddings, retreats, community and private events, create content for brands and businesses, and develop projects focused on personal and professional growth.

One of the moments that confirmed for me that I was moving in the right direction was creating “Creando una Trayectoria Exitosa Brunch” in 2024. More than 100 people came together for an event centered on growth, connection, and inspiration. That experience showed me that communication could be more than simply speaking — it could bring people together and create community.

My husband and I also became co-owners of Peralta-Santana LLC, which has allowed us to continue developing projects connected to communication, media, events, education, and community impact.

I have learned that sometimes the path to your purpose does not look the way you imagined it would. Sometimes you have to create your own opportunities, start before you feel completely ready, and be willing to grow publicly while you are still learning privately.

Faith has also been an important part of my journey. I am a firm believer in God, and I try to approach every opportunity with gratitude, responsibility, and the belief that purpose is not only about what we accomplish, but also about how we impact people along the way.

I am still building. I still have many goals, including continuing to expand into television, radio, digital media, hosting, and original programming. But when I look back at where I started in 2023, I am grateful that I took that first step.

What began as a podcast became a platform, a community, and the foundation for a much bigger vision. And I truly believe I am only getting started.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No, it has definitely not been a smooth road. Building what I am doing today has required a lot of perseverance, especially because much of it started with a vision before I had the resources, connections, or opportunities to fully support that vision.

Rejection has been one of the biggest lessons along the way. There have been opportunities I hoped for that did not happen, people and organizations I reached out to who never responded, collaborations that did not work out, and moments when I questioned whether others could see the potential in what I was trying to build.

Financial challenges have also been very real. Creating content, producing events, developing projects, investing in equipment, marketing, education, and building a business all require resources. There have been many times when the vision was much bigger than the budget. I have had to learn how to work with what I have, be creative, prioritize, and sometimes postpone an idea without giving up on it.

Another challenge has been building while balancing real life. I am a wife and a mother, I have a household and responsibilities, and at the same time I am developing a business, creating content, working with clients, organizing events, continuing my education, and pursuing a career in an industry that can be extremely competitive. There are days when there simply do not seem to be enough hours.

Social media brings its own challenges as well. It is very easy to compare your progress to someone else’s followers, views, opportunities, or success. I have had to remind myself that visibility and impact are not always the same thing. Some of the moments that have meant the most to me were not necessarily the ones that received the most likes, but the ones when someone approached me and said that something I created, said, or organized had encouraged them or made a difference in their life. I have also learned that when you are building something, not everyone will understand your vision in the beginning. Sometimes you have to believe in what you are creating before there is external validation for it.

There have been disappointments, financial sacrifices, mistakes, moments of doubt, and plenty of learning along the way. But I have tried not to allow rejection to become a definition of my worth or a reason to stop.

My faith in God has been very important during those seasons. It reminds me that a closed door does not necessarily mean the end of the journey, and that sometimes growth is happening even when the results are not immediately visible.

I am still very much in the process of building. I don’t consider my story a finished success story. There are still goals I am working toward and challenges I am navigating. But I am proud that I have continued showing up, learning, creating, and moving forward.

If this journey has taught me anything, it is that you don’t need a smooth road to make progress. You need the courage to keep going when the road doesn’t look the way you expected it to.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My work is centered around communication, connection, and creating meaningful experiences. I am a communicator, content creator, Master of Ceremonies, entrepreneur, and community impact leader. Although those roles may look different, communication is really the thread that connects everything I do.

As a content creator, I create lifestyle, inspirational, personal and professional growth, and community-focused content. I also collaborate with businesses and brands to help them tell their stories in a way that feels authentic and relatable. As a Master of Ceremonies, I host weddings, community events, workshops, retreats, and private events, helping create an experience that feels organized, engaging, and memorable. I am also passionate about creating my own projects and spaces where people can connect. My podcast, which began as “15 Minutos con Alexandra Peralta,” opened the door for me to have meaningful conversations and share the stories of others. Since then, I have created events and community initiatives, facilitated workshops, worked on promotional and voice-over projects, and continued developing new ideas through Peralta-Santana LLC, which I co-own with my husband.

I think one of the things I am becoming known for is my ability to bring people together. Whether I am holding a microphone, creating a video, interviewing someone, promoting a small business, or organizing an event, I want people to feel that there is a genuine person behind the message.

What I am most proud of is not one individual accomplishment. I am proud of what has grown from simply deciding to start. When I launched my podcast in 2023, I did not have everything figured out. Since then, I have watched one opportunity lead to another. I have hosted events, worked with businesses, created my own initiatives, built relationships within my community, and in 2024 created “Creando una Trayectoria Exitosa Brunch,” which brought together more than 100 people around growth, connection, and inspiration.

I am also proud that I have been able to create opportunities that are not only about me. Supporting entrepreneurs, highlighting people’s stories, connecting individuals, and using my platforms to give visibility to others are important parts of what I am building. I believe success becomes much more meaningful when your growth can also create space for someone else to grow.

What sets me apart is that I am not interested in simply being seen—I want what I do to have meaning. I care about how people feel after an interaction, an event, a conversation, or a piece of content. I want people to feel seen, welcomed, encouraged, and inspired. I also don’t believe I have to fit into only one box. For a long time, we were taught that we had to choose one career or one title. I have learned that my different interests can coexist because they all come back to the same purpose: communicating, connecting, and inspiring.

I am still growing and defining what this journey will ultimately become, but that is part of what excites me most. I am building something that reflects who I am—my creativity, my faith, my love for people, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my belief that communication can open doors, build community, and create real impact.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
There are many ways people can work or collaborate with me because communication is at the center of everything I do. I am available for Master of Ceremonies and hosting opportunities, content creation, brand collaborations, promotional campaigns, voice-over projects, speaking engagements, workshops, interviews, community initiatives, and special events.

I especially enjoy collaborating with businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals whose work aligns with creating a positive impact. I love helping businesses tell their stories, introducing audiences to products and services I genuinely believe in, and using my platform to create connections between people and opportunities.

I am also always interested in opportunities within television, radio, digital media, podcasting, and hosting. Those are areas I am intentionally continuing to grow into, so I welcome conversations with producers, media organizations, brands, and creative professionals who see an opportunity for us to build something meaningful together.

People can also support me in very simple ways. Follow my journey, engage with and share my content, attend the events and initiatives I create, recommend my work, invite me into spaces where my voice or experience could add value, or simply introduce me to someone you believe I should know. I have learned that sometimes one introduction or one person believing in what you are building can open an entirely new door.

Most importantly, I am open to genuine connections. I don’t believe every collaboration has to begin with a transaction. Some of the best opportunities start with a conversation, a shared idea, or two people realizing that they can create something valuable together.

If you believe we can communicate, connect, inspire, or create an impact together, I would love to hear from you.
