Hi Gladys, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been interested in entrepreneurship and creating opportunities for myself. After earning a degree in Biology, I began my career in corporate operations, where I gained experience in leadership, problem-solving, and managing complex processes. While I appreciated the experience, I knew I eventually wanted to pursue a path that gave me more flexibility, creativity, and ownership over my future.
Over the years, I’ve explored a variety of entrepreneurial ventures. One of my first businesses was a jewelry brand, which taught me valuable lessons about product development, branding, marketing, and customer experience. While I ultimately decided to close the business so I could focus on other opportunities, it gave me firsthand experience building something from the ground up.
I’ve also spent several years learning about real estate investing and wealth building. More recently, I’ve become focused on business acquisitions and the idea of acquiring and growing established companies. I enjoy analyzing businesses, understanding how they operate, and identifying opportunities to create long-term value through ownership.
Alongside my entrepreneurial pursuits, I’ve built a presence as a content creator focused on travel, lifestyle, and personal growth. Through social media, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with brands, share my experiences, and connect with an audience that has followed my journey through different stages of life and business. Today, I’m continuing to explore new opportunities while working toward my long-term goal of becoming a business owner and investor.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has definitely not been a straight line. One of the biggest challenges has been learning to embrace uncertainty and being willing to pivot when something isn’t working. Not every business idea succeeds, and not every opportunity turns out the way you expect. Closing my jewelry business was difficult, but it taught me that sometimes growth requires letting go of one path so you can pursue another.
Another challenge has been balancing ambition with patience. It’s easy to focus on the end goal, but I’ve learned that meaningful progress comes from consistently showing up, learning, and improving over time. Entrepreneurship often looks glamorous from the outside, but behind the scenes it requires resilience, adaptability, and the ability to keep moving forward when things don’t go according to plan.
I’ve also learned how important it is to stay true to yourself. When you choose an unconventional path, there will always be people who question your decisions. Over time, I’ve become more confident in trusting my instincts and pursuing the opportunities that align with my goals rather than the expectations of others.

My work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, content creation, and business ownership. While I don’t operate a single traditional business today, I’ve spent years exploring different ventures, from launching a jewelry brand to investing in real estate and studying business acquisitions.
Through my content, I share my experiences navigating entrepreneurship, personal growth, travel, and the realities of building a life on your own terms. One thing that sets me apart is that my journey hasn’t followed a conventional path. I’ve learned that there are many ways to create opportunities for yourself, and I’m passionate about sharing both the successes and lessons learned along the way.
Recently, I’ve become particularly interested in small business acquisitions and ownership. I enjoy analyzing businesses, understanding what drives growth, and exploring opportunities that create long-term value. My goal is to continue building a portfolio of businesses while documenting the process and helping others realize that entrepreneurship doesn’t always mean starting something from scratch.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of building an audience that connects with authenticity. I try to share both the exciting moments and the challenges because I believe people relate more to real stories than perfectly curated ones. If there’s one thing I’d want readers to know, it’s that success rarely follows a straight line. Every experience, whether it’s a win or a setback, can become a stepping stone toward something bigger.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success, to me, is freedom. It’s having the ability to make choices based on what matters most to you rather than feeling limited by circumstances. While financial success is certainly important, I believe true success is about creating a life that gives you flexibility, fulfillment, and the opportunity to continue growing.
I also define success by progress rather than perfection. Every challenge, setback, and new experience has helped shape who I am today. If I’m continuing to learn, push myself outside of my comfort zone, and move closer to my long-term goals, I consider that success.
Most importantly, success means building a life that feels authentic. Whether through entrepreneurship, investing, content creation, or future business ownership, my goal is to create something meaningful while maintaining the freedom to enjoy the journey along the way.
