Common Ground Podcast 22 was born from a simple realization: in a world full of noise, genuine, unfiltered conversations are becoming way too rare. We wanted to build a platform right here in Philly where everyday people, creators, and community figures could come together to talk about real life, culture, and the issues that actually impact us.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road, from financial to location, production and even personnel but honestly, the struggles are what made the journey worth it. When you’re building an independent platform from the ground up, nothing comes easy.

At Our Common Ground Podcast 22, we’re independent podcast hosts and digital content creators based in Philly. We specialize in producing raw, unfiltered, long-form interview content that bridges local culture, community advocacy, battle rap, hip-hop, and real-life stories. we also have separate career paths such as printing company, Automotive technician, home health aid. etc
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Philly has an unmatched energy. The work ethic, loyalty, and pride people have for the city—from the sports culture to the local music and hip-hop scene—are incredibly raw and authentic. People here stand on business, tell it like it is, and support real hustle. the bad part is It can be frustrating to see so much incredible talent and positive movement in the city get overlooked by mainstream media in favor of negative headlines.
