Meet Emily Alba of Pennsylvania

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emily Alba.

Hi Emily, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I had my first child in 2023 and decided I wanted to be able to spend more time personally involved in her care so I decided to leave my job and purchased the mobile bar after I had seen some Tik Toks about the business. I found the bar trailer on facebook marketplace, its a modified utility trailer that has been completely renovated into what we know as The Boozy Caboose. After having a difficult time with finding private booking opportunities, in 2025 we decided to try out mocktails at public events. Since, we have worked some of the biggest festivals in The Valley!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I feel as though the first few years after starting a business are always rough for everyone. We have run into struggles since the start, from big things like needing to purchase a business vehicle to smaller things like navigating social media success. Our main goal is to never let the negatives outweigh the positives! Where theres a will, theres a way.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’d say our look is our stand out feature. While most mobile bars are converted horse trailers, we chose something a bit more custom. The builder we found based out of Florida so we had to transport The Caboose up the East coast to get her home. Secondly, our mocktails! We do a lemonade based non alcoholic drink at our public events that our customers LOVE. We keep the drinks looking like a cocktail by adding a sugar rim, fun garnish and cocktail umbrellas.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I can see us expanding our private event reach around The Valley. I think most people see our business and think “weddings!” But we are so much more. I really enjoy working corporate events, its refreshing to see businesses treat their employees to something fun like the services we offer. Imagine attending an open house and theres an open bar serving up margaritas! Or your company holiday party spices things up with dirty hot chocolates!
