Hi Anthony, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Berks County Views began with an idea inspired by a growing network of community-focused social media pages. In July 2021, I met the creator of West Chester Views through a mutual friend. He had already established a model for showcasing local businesses, events, and the people who make a community unique. He also started Main Line Views, and those conversations helped inspire me to bring a similar concept to Berks County.
In December 2021, I launched Berks County Views with the goal of highlighting everything about Berks County. At the time, social media was going through a major transformation.
What started as a local social media page grew into a community-focused media and marketing platform, using short-form videos, photography, and social media storytelling to connect local businesses, organizations, events, and community members with a wider audience.
Over the years, Berks County Views has grown into a platform reaching more than 100,000 local followers across its social media presence.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes, there’s always going to be challenges when you’re trying to build something. In the beginning, you don’t have much to show for yet and you just get a lot of “no’s.” Also, I was a bit early to the game in Berks County, so people were understandably a bit hesitant about these services.

Berks County Views focuses on sharing local businesses and what’s going on in Berks County, and we have successfully built a community of 100,000+ local individuals. What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lessons I’ve learned is to always leave the door open, even when a potential client says, “no,” because they may change their mind down the road.
