Referral Advertising Agency started by helping a family friend grow their business. The first founder, Onyae Foster, had a revelation that she had the skills and available services to help various businesses grow. With the idea and creative potential in mind needed for Referral Advertising she quickly invited Taniya Frazier as a co-founder. Together they are passionately working to bring businesses visions to life with God at the base of their foundation.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not always been smooth. There are many ups and downs when it comes to entrepreneurship. For example, losing 2 long-term clients and struggling to gain exposure in small towns. We strive to have monthly retainer clients instead of one-time clients to offer the best and dedicated service while also making sure our services are sustainable.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a Christian-based digital marketing agency that also teaches our clients how to continue marketing their business after our services end. We specialize in website development, printed and digital products, social media creation and management, promotional materials, photography and videography, business operations, and more. However, we are most known for our social media content & creation. We are most proud of working with one or our former clients, a non-profit traveling youth basketball program. We loved being able to bring awareness to the youth program and helping young athletes get career exposure. What sets us apart is the fact that we are a teaching business. For new businesses, we help clients grow their business not take over. For more established businesses, we help clients incorporate new marketing strategies to expand.
