Hi Hailey, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into skincare and esthetics began in 2021, but my passion for it started much earlier. I struggled with acne from a young age, and I understand firsthand how deeply it can impact your confidence. That experience is what inspired me to learn more about the skin and ultimately pursue a career in esthetics. While attending esthetician school full time, I was also working part time at a grocery store all while pregnant, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of staying committed to my goals. In 2022, I graduated and became a Licensed Esthetician and Nail Technician.
I’ve always known I wanted to be my own boss, and after becoming licensed, I turned that vision into reality by starting my own business. As I continued to grow in the industry, I realized that skincare goes beyond the face. It includes the entire body. That realization led me to specialize in waxing. Many women struggle with concerns like ingrown hairs, scarring, and sensitivity, yet often feel uncomfortable talking about it. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and confident. My goal is not only to provide a service, but to help women feel empowered in their own skin.
At the heart of everything I do is confidence and helping women feel comfortable, beautiful, and unapologetically themselves. I truly believe that women taking time to pamper themselves isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. This is more than just a career for me, it’s a purpose. And while I’m proud of how far I’ve come, I know this is only the beginning of my journey and the impact I plan to make.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Running my own business while managing every aspect of it is like having multiple jobs at once, especially as a mother. I’m working 24/7 , staying up until 2 AM editing content, thinking of new ways to market myself, and finding ways to make my vision come to life. Because you are your business, every decision matters, and people come to you for a reason. That responsibility is huge, and it’s not always easy.
Being let go from a big waxing chain was actually the push I needed to go all in for myself. Things don’t always follow a straight line. Plans change, trends shift, and every day brings new challenges. But every obstacle is an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. The road hasn’t been perfect, but it’s shaped me into the business owner and mother that I am today and it motivates me to keep pushing forward and expanding my impact.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Licensed Esthetician who specializes in Brazilian waxing and brow services, including tinting and lamination. For me, every appointment is more than just a treatment, it’s a full self care experience and a little therapy session all in one. I focus on creating a comfortable, judgment free space where clients can relax, recharge, and feel completely taken care of.
Every detail matters, from the moment a client walks in to the final result. I want every person to leave not only looking their best but also feeling confident, empowered, and glowing from head to toe. My services aren’t just about appearances, they’re about helping women prioritize themselves, feel pampered, and embrace self love in a way that’s both luxurious and accessible.
Whether it’s a Brazilian waxing session or a brow tint and lamination, I strive to make every visit an experience clients look forward to. It’s about combining skill, care, and attention to detail so that every client leaves refreshed, confident, and truly glowing.
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are all about growth, impact, and helping more women feel confident in their own skin. I’m looking forward to expanding my business, offering new services, and creating experiences that make self care accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for every client. My brand is built on results and the health of the skin and every treatment is designed not just to make clients look good, but to support their skin’s long term health and well being.
I’m also passionate about continuing to educate and inspire others in the beauty industry, sharing my knowledge and helping others find their confidence and success. Big changes are on the horizon. I want to build a business that delivers exceptional skincare and waxing services while creating a community where women feel supported, celebrated, and motivated to prioritize themselves.
Ultimately, I see this as just the beginning. I want to keep innovating, growing, and pushing myself so that every client who walks through my door leaves feeling not only beautiful on the outside, but empowered and confident on the inside.
