Hello! I’m Gowri, co-owner of C. Lynn & Sons Landscaping. Let me share a little about our story…
Chris and I actually met on Facebook — an unexpected beginning that turned into something powerful, both personally and professionally. That same sense of connection, trust, and shared vision is what continues to fuel the heart of our business today.
Chris Lynn, my husband, is a Delaware County native, proud father of four, and grandfather of three. He started this business with a single truck, one mower, and a relentless drive to provide for his family. Over more than a decade, he’s built lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients alike, rooted in integrity, consistency, and hard work. Today, we’re a fully equipped, insured, and established company with our first shop proudly located in Upper Darby — backed by a dedicated, highly trained team.
I bring the operational edge to the company, with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management across major markets like Miami, New York City, and the Philadelphia region. I’ve led teams managing up to 1,900 units across HOA and multi-family portfolios, working with respected companies such as Berkshire Hathaway, Citi Habitats, Morgan Properties, HOW Properties, CAMCO, PENCO, OCF Realty, and Madison Properties.
With a strong background in operational efficiency, I focus on attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and creating a service experience that goes beyond expectations. My earlier career in luxury hospitality — from Marriott/Starwood Hotels to the Mega Yachting industry — helped shape our company’s culture: one where we treat every property with the same care and precision as a five-star hotel lobby.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Scaling problems, we have high expectations for our staff so staffing has been an on going work of love, learning new systems to stay current and competitive
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I care for my customer’s lawns and curb appeal, I go over every detail and try to leave a well manicured job in each visit
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Love for details is important, loyalty and care for your customers. We value all of our customers and we are so grateful for the new ones but the ones that have been there with us since the beginning when it was just me an a mower in a small truck trying to make ends meet; those hold a special place in my heart and we will always treat them like family
