Denzel , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started NdaCutLifestyles, Inc. as a way to combine my interest in design and entrepreneurship into a real business. I got into web design while building a website for an old business venture I was working on, and I ended up falling in love with the process itself.
The name “NdaCut” reflects how I approach everything I do: staying focused, staying out of the noise, and minding the business that pays me. It’s a mindset about grinding in silence, handling responsibilities, and building the lifestyle you deserve through discipline and smart moves.
What began as building one website grew into a full digital services company. I now offer custom web design, email marketing setup, and digital products for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Along the way I became a Shopify Partner and built affiliate relationships with hosting and domain companies. I’ve worked with clients across a range of industries, including restaurants, wellness brands, and health care, building everything from full e-commerce stores to custom booking systems.
I’m based in Pittsburgh, and at the core of everything I do is a love for building things, whether that’s a business, a brand, or a system that makes someone else’s business run better.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been balancing client work with building my own brand and products at the same time. It’s easy to get so caught up serving clients that your own business gets put on the back burner.
I’m also self-taught, so a lot of what I know about web design, marketing, and running a business came from figuring it out as I went, which meant a lot of trial and error early on. There were slow periods where finding consistent clients was tough, especially in the beginning before I had a portfolio or reputation to point to.
On top of that, managing multiple service offerings at once, web design, email marketing, and digital products, means constantly switching gears and making sure none of them gets neglected. It’s a lot to juggle, but it’s also what keeps the business interesting.

What matters most to me is family. Everything I do, building NdaCutLifestyles, taking on clients, growing my own products, comes back to wanting to provide a better life for the people I love. That’s the real motivation behind the hustle.
Beyond that, freedom matters a lot to me. I want the kind of life where I’m not boxed in, where I get to build things on my own terms and have control over my time and my work.
I also care deeply about making sure my clients are genuinely happy. It’s not enough to just deliver something that technically works. I want people to feel like they got real value and that I cared about their business as much as they do.
At the end of the day, I want to build something lasting, not just a quick paycheck, but a brand and a body of work I can be proud of. Doing work that I actually love and believe in is what makes all of it worth it.
