Hi Tucker, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Tucker Dagle, founder and CEO of Stone Gate Property Group, has always had a passion for real estate, though his early career took a different path through military service. He began as a U.S. Army intelligence analyst, where he developed a strong foundation in complex problem-solving. Following his military service, he went on to work on large federal contracts in Washington, D.C., traveling globally to teach strategic implementation to both U.S. and partner forces.

After meeting his wife, Laura, Tucker relocated to Pennsylvania, where he began to take a closer look at the local real estate landscape. It was there that he recognized a clear gap in reliable, high-quality property management services. An insight that ultimately led him to found Stone Gate Property Group from the ground up, with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and client trust.

His leadership is rooted in breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions, guided by a simple philosophy: “Every overwhelming problem is just a series of smaller wins waiting to happen.” That mindset continues to drive the company’s growth and reputation.

Today, Tucker leads a growing team while pursuing a long-term vision of making Stone Gate a one-stop, trusted name in real estate offering comprehensive services from property management to buying, selling, and beyond.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like any startup, Stone Gate began with its share of challenges. Building systems from scratch, finding reliable vendors, and learning every aspect of the business firsthand.

We’ve been impressed with Stone Gate Property Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Stone Gate Property Group, we specialize in property management with a strong focus on responsiveness, transparency, and long-term client success. Our goal is to make ownership as seamless as possible for our clients—whether that’s maintaining their properties, improving performance, or helping them grow their portfolios over time. We’ve built our reputation on being reliable, communicative, and solution-oriented.

What I’m most proud of is building the company from the ground up into a growing team that not only serves clients well, but also creates opportunities for others. Earning our first “Best of the Best” award this year was a big milestone, but more than that, it’s the trust our clients place in us—and the referrals that come from that trust—that really validate what we’re doing.

What sets us apart is how we approach problems and how we treat our clients. We prioritize fast, clear communication and fair, transparent maintenance practices—two areas where many property owners have historically been frustrated. We don’t overcomplicate things—we break challenges down, solve them efficiently, and keep our clients informed every step of the way. Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is how valuable it is to simply do what you say you’re going to do. It sounds simple, but consistently following through builds trust. And in this business, trust is everything.
