Hi Jynuine, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hi,
My name is Jynuine Wallace I am currently a licensed Registered Nurse from Pittsburgh, PA. I started my career as a home care aide then furthered my education to become a certified nursing assistant in 2011. As the years went on, my passion for caring for people grew. I then attended nursing school and graduated from UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing in Spring of 2018. Later, I enrolled as an undergrad to Carlow University and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in Fall of 2019. I have had the honor or working in varies health care settings such as cardiac/nuero step down, transplant, trauma, ortho rehab, LTAC’s, and case management. I have gained several years of nursing starting at UPMC, gaining recognition for providing topic notch patient care. I then continued my career and experience by crossing over to travel nursing during the pandemic. I have had the pleasure of traveling all over the world and learning how to care for patients with complex diagnosis and critical situations. I am now well experienced and knowledgeable in many different healthcare aspects. I believe that caring for people in the comfort of their own home makes a huge impact on quality of life and overall well-being. My goal with opening a home care agency is to help promote independence, integrity, and dignity. During my career, I have proven my ability to excel in high-acuity environments, including travel assignments and rapid-response staffing contracts nationwide. Recognized for delivering exceptional patient-centered care, strong clinical judgment, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration. DAISY Award recipient with expertise in cardiac monitoring, stroke care, infusion therapy, and complex patient management. Charm Heath Care Services was created from a personal place in my heart. At Charm Heart Care Services, we promote respect and take honor in providing care with a charming touch.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As a new home care agency owner, it hasn’t been a smooth road. Starting an agency came with many challenges — building a trustworthy team, finding clients, managing regulations, and learning how to grow a business while still providing quality care. There were long hours, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty, especially in the beginning. But every challenge became a learning experience and helped strengthen both the business and my vision. Today, I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m excited for the future and the lives we’ll continue to impact through compassionate care at Charm Health Care Services.
