Hidden Gems: Meet Juliette Gamble of Heal From The Core LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Juliette Gamble.

Hi Juliette, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I didn’t follow a traditional path—I built mine from the ground up. From putting myself through University of Pennsylvania to earning my Master’s at Villanova University, I’ve always believed in doing the work and trusting the process.

Over the past 30+ years, I’ve worked with more than 5,000 clients—supporting individuals, families, athletes, and professionals through stress, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve taught, coached, and created healing spaces across the country, both in person and online.

As the founder of Heal From The Core, I integrate somatic therapy, sound healing, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help people reconnect to their bodies and find lasting relief—not just temporary solutions.

My life has also been my greatest training ground—raising three sons, holding down the home while my husband traveled, caregiving for family members, and continuing to show up in service, even offering free classes during the pandemic.

At the heart of it all is faith, resilience, and a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone.

This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The Road Here Wasn’t Easy

I’ve lived in two worlds at once for most of my life—working full-time while putting myself through University of Pennsylvania and later Villanova University. That pace came at a cost—chronic illness, exhaustion, and even a 10-hour reconstructive jaw surgery in college.

Marriage and motherhood came quickly—three boys, a cross-country move to San Francisco, and years of essentially parenting alone while my husband traveled for work.

Life continued to ask more:
Loss of a child.
Caring for dying family members.
Navigating my son’s serious health and mental health challenges.
Grieving the sudden, tragic loss of close friends and loved ones.

Through it all, I was a caregiver, a mother, and quietly building my business.

These experiences didn’t break me—but they forced me to understand trauma, resilience, and healing on a very real level.

This is why I do this work.

We’ve been impressed with Heal From The Core LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
About Heal From The Core

Heal From The Core is a trauma-informed wellness practice focused on helping individuals regulate their nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect to their body in a safe, sustainable way.

We specialize in somatic (body-based) therapy, integrating modalities such as Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), sound healing, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Our work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by addressing how trauma is held in the body, not just the mind.

Our clients range from adolescents to adults—including student-athletes, professionals, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and complex trauma. We work one-on-one, in groups, and within Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), both in-person and online.

What sets us apart is our deeply integrative, experiential approach. This isn’t surface-level coping—it’s about helping clients feel safe in their bodies again. We combine clinical insight with holistic practices, creating a bridge between mental health and whole-body healing.

We’re also known for our innovative use of sound therapy, including custom-built sound tables and frequency-based healing environments that support deep regulation and restoration.

What I’m most proud of is that this work is lived, not just learned. Every offering has been shaped by real-life experience, service, and working with thousands of clients. During the pandemic, we provided free online classes twice a week for two years—because access to healing matters.

At its core, this brand is about one thing:
Helping people move out of survival mode and into a place of safety, resilience, and connection—with themselves and others.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing—and that’s exactly why our work meets people where they are.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Start before you feel ready—and stay consistent. There’s no perfect moment, and clarity often comes through action, not before it.

I spent years balancing multiple roles at once, and one thing I wish I understood earlier is that burnout isn’t a badge of honor. You can build something meaningful without running yourself into the ground. Learning how to regulate your own nervous system, set boundaries, and take care of your energy is just as important as any business strategy.

Trust your path, even if it doesn’t look like anyone else’s. Some of your greatest challenges will become your greatest qualifications—but only if you’re willing to learn from them instead of rush past them.

Also—don’t underestimate the power of relationships. The work you do matters, but how you make people feel matters more. Lead with integrity, be of service, and stay rooted in why you started.

If I could go back, I’d remind myself of this:
You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to keep showing up.
