Hi Vanessa, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey has been one of resilience, reinvention, and a deep desire to help others create a better future. Growing up in the Bronx taught me the value of hard work and perseverance, and community. With more than 20 years in finance gave me a strong foundation in trust, education, and relationships. Those experiences eventually led me to real estate, where I found my true purpose, helping families create stability, build wealth, and believe in what is possible for them and started a woman’s support group where we build deep relationships with one another and support each other professionally and personally.
Today, as a full-time REALTOR with Century 21 Keim and President of NAHREP Lehigh Valley and my D1vas womans group , I am grateful to use my experience and my voice to open doors for others. Every challenge, transition, and chapter of my life has helped shape the leader I am today, and I remain committed to creating opportunity, empowering my community, and helping others move forward with confidence.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not always been a smooth road. I have gone through major personal and professional transitions, including divorce, starting over, changing careers, and rebuilding in a new chapter of my life. There were times when I had to step outside of what was comfortable and trust myself even when I did not have every answer or fully believe I could do it.
Those experiences taught me resilience, independence, and the importance of never being afraid to reinvent yourself. They also shaped the way I help others today; I understand what it feels like to go through uncertainty, make difficult decisions, and still keep moving forward with purpose.

My business is built around education, relationships, and creating opportunities through real estate. As a REALTOR with Century 21 Keim, I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on first-time homebuyers, families in transition, new construction, and clients looking to build long-term wealth through real estate.
What sets me apart is the financial background I bring to every transaction. After more than 20 years in banking and finance, I understand that buying or selling a home is not just a real estate decision, it is often one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make. I take the time to educate my clients, connect them with the right professionals, and make sure they understand their options so they can move forward with confidence.
My brand has always been centered around the belief that I do not just help people find homes; I help build the right team around them. I am especially proud of the trust I have built within my community and the opportunity to serve as President of NAHREP Lehigh Valley, where I can continue advocating for education, homeownership, and greater opportunities for families and professionals in our region.
I want people to know that my business is personal. I care about the people behind every transaction, and my goal is always to help them create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth through homeownership.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
To be Resilient! The most important lesson I’ve learned is that your path does not have to be perfect to be meaningful. Life will bring change, setbacks, and unexpected turns, but sometimes those moments are what push you toward your greatest growth. I’ve learned to trust myself, stay open to reinvention, and keep moving forward with purpose. Every chapter has taught me something, and I truly believe that when you use those lessons to help others, your journey becomes bigger than just your own.
