Exploring Life & Business with Adrianna And Shawn Kulp of Sweet Molly’s LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adrianna And Shawn Kulp.

Hi Adrianna and Shawn, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
We’re Shawn and Adrianna, a husband and wife duo! After years of planning showers and celebrations for family and friends, we kept searching for one versatile piece that could adapt to any event. When we finally found the perfect mobile cart, we knew it was time to start our business. When throwing around names, we kept circling back to Molly—our sweet boxer who was the heart of our home. We wanted to find a way to include her in this new venture.

We originally started with the idea of private events, using our cart to cater to whatever the customer wanted. Our cart specializes in incredible brunch bars, charcuterie, cake your way, or a fun candy cart! But as we went along, we also realized how much we loved connecting with the wider community. That passion helped launch Sweet Molly’s Twist and Fizz, bringing our signature dirty sodas and handcrafted lemonades to local fairs and festivals. Today, we love doing it all—whether we’re bringing our customizable setups to private parties or popping up out in the community to serve you!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t always been a straight or smooth road! Like any new business, we’ve had plenty of learning curves along the way.

In the beginning, one of our biggest hurdles was simply figuring out all the logistics—balancing the technical side of things, perfecting our mobile setups, and managing everything while trying to grow. When you operate a mobile business and do both private events and public festivals, you quickly learn how to pivot on the fly. Weather can be unpredictable, event schedules can change, and juggling inventory for completely different concepts takes a lot of coordination. Especially doing all of this while both working full time jobs during the week.

There were definitely moments of trial and error, but every little bump in the road taught us something new and helped us fine-tune our workflow. Looking back, those struggles forced us to get organized, pushed us to get creative with our offerings, and ultimately made us so much more resilient. It’s all part of the journey, and it makes those successful events and happy customers feel that much more rewarding!

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Sweet Molly’s LLC?

We are most proud of the heart behind our brand. Sweet Mollys is proudly named after Molly, our sweet boxer who was the true heart of our home. Including her name in our business is our way of keeping her spirit alive in everything we do. We built this company from a passion for celebrating life’s moments with family and friends, and that family-first, community-driven warmth shines through in every single setup we do.

What we want readers to know whether you are planning an intimate bridal shower and want a stunning brunch or charcuterie spread, or you’re out at a local community event craving a fun, customized dirty soda or lemonade, we are here to serve up joy. We want people to know that when they book Sweet Mollys or visit our Twist and Fizz setup, they aren’t just getting a service—they are getting a passionate team dedicated to making their day a little sweeter, brighter, and entirely unique!

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
If you ask Shawn, he was always the builder and planner, figuring out how things worked behind the scenes. If you ask Adrianna, she was all about the creative details, styling, and making sure everyone was having a good time. Put us together, and it’s no surprise we ended up running a business where we get to design, build, and celebrate with people every single week!
