Conversations with Kristy Crystle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristy Crystle.

Hi Kristy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in the suburbs of Philly in a nice neighborhood with a loving family. My struggles started in middle school being bullied and put a strain on my mental health. I cheered my whole life which always kept me focused in school to get good grades. I played other sports, but cheering was my passion. After graduating I went on to Penn State and got my Bachelor’s. Upon graduating, I moved to San Diego for a few years and then became a mother which lead me back home to be surrounded by family and friends. Later I went back to Penn State for my master’s degree and had my second child. Right at the beginning of the pandemic, I got pregnant with my third child and struggled with my body image after three c sections. I have been a career mom and stay at home mom, both are incredibly challenging yet rewarding. I have overcome my mental health struggles with consistent therapy, maintaining sobriety, and prioritizing self-care with daily exercise. In 2026, I decided to start posting content to inspire others while showing my own journey without filters or edits. I love being everyone’s cheerleader in life!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In some ways, my childhood was a fairytale that doesn’t seem real. Growing up spoiled by my family. Always shopping and traveling. Memories of being in the Penthouse Suites at the Phillies Vet stadium and getting to be in the tunnel getting autographs. Yet, my challenges in life presented later in my teen years. Struggling with social anxiety and bullying lead me to substance abuse. Additionally, I developed issues with food that kept me overweight and unhealthy. I am grateful for the path I have walked in life because it strengthened me to be the person I am today.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I create content daily which features my daily life without any filters or edits. And I have a podcast called Parent Trappin’ which provides the scope of a millennial parent’s relentless pursuit to make it in the modern world raising kids. I love sharing motivational posts while cheering everyone else along on their journeys. I provide business consultant services to support small businesses with their projects.

What are your plans for the future?
First and foremost, raising my kids and making sure they always feel loved, supported, and advocated for in this world. Secondly, to keep hustling in life to gain financial freedom. And to chase peace over anything else. Success isn’t always a dollar value or specific goal, more so a peace of mind that everyone you love is cared for, safe, and healthy! I hope to do speaking engagements and move my podcast to video, right now it is just audio.
