Christina, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Healing for the Soul: My Journey to Wholeness
My journey with the Lord began when I was a little girl. I invited Jesus into my heart when I was around 8 years old, possessing a deep desire to have a relationship with Him even at that early age. However, I didn’t truly know how to walk in real relationship with Him until many years later.
Growing up, I experienced childhood trauma due to addiction in my family. That trauma left me with deep wounds of the soul, and I carried heavy burdens of fear, anxiety, rejection, and insecurity into my adult life. These unhealed wounds unfortunately became the catalyst for me entering into a narcissistically abusive marriage.
After nine years of enduring that abuse, I reached a very low, desperate point in my life, and I cried out to the Lord. In my desperation, Jesus met me. That cry was the beginning of my true journey to wholeness. He brought radical freedom, peace, and soul restoration, gently putting all of my broken pieces back together. Because of what He did for me, I am now passionately called to help others achieve that very same healing and freedom through Christ.
The Birth of Temple Wellness
In 2019, the Lord gave me a vision for a wellness center. After a necessary season of intentional preparation, processing, and growth, I officially opened Temple Wellness in 2023.
While I am proudly rooted here in Hanover, Pennsylvania, this mission has no borders. Recognizing that the need for spiritual and emotional restoration is universal, I have expanded my reach beyond state lines. Through virtual sessions, I am blessed to provide healing, freedom, and support to individuals and couples nationally and internationally, meeting clients wherever they are in the world.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has definitely not always been a smooth road. Like any meaningful calling, this journey has been filled with its own unique set of peaks and valleys. But looking back, I realize it is within those ups and downs that we learn our most valuable lessons and grow in true wisdom. Building a ministry that deals with deep soul wounds requires spiritual maturity and wisdom, and the road to get here was full of tests and lessons. Yet, through every challenge, the Lord has been incredibly faithful. He has equipped and educated me every step of the way—not just through formal preparation, but through my own life experiences. He has also been so intentional about placing brighter lights, mentors, and wise leaders in my path for me to glean from. Every obstacle has simply been an opportunity for Him to reveal His strength and refine my purpose.

Temple Wellness is a ministry dedicated to restoring wholeness through Jesus, addressing the body, soul, and spirit as one.
My work operates under the mandate of Isaiah 61:1:”The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released, and prisoners will be freed.”

During these one-on-one sessions, we work to uncover the roots of spiritual blockages, dismantle underlying spiritual strongholds, and heal the broken portions of the soul through Jesus to bring total restoration.
~ Faith-Based Marriage & Couples Counseling: Practical, Christ-centered guidance to help couples stop destructive communication patterns and rebuild on love, truth, and respect. Whether you are navigating a covenant marriage in need of deep restoration or are an unmarried couple seeking spiritual wisdom and healing to move forward together safely, these sessions offer a path to clarity.
Equipping and Training
In addition to working one-on-one with individuals, I am deeply passionate about equipping and training others to do what I do. I travel to various ministries and organizations to conduct specialized training sessions. Through these workshops, I empower and equip leaders and believers in the vital areas of spiritual warfare, inner healing, and deliverance.

The Lord has been so faithful to guide me to spiritual mentors and brighter lights throughout this journey, giving me the opportunity to absorb unique wisdom and deep knowledge from their experiences. Through this training and mentorship, I have gained experience ministering healing and deliverance to the severely wounded soul, navigating the spiritual complexities of severe abuse.
