Community Highlights: Meet Staci Conrad of Wellness Lifestyle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Staci Conrad.

Hi Staci, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I earned my ACE personal training certification in 2018, and became a licensed massage therapist in 2019. I immediately formed Wellness Lifestyle, providing mobile massage and personal training services in Southern NJ, where I had lived my whole life. I became involved with the local MS (Multiple Sclerosis) community, providing massage therapy for the Maressa Foundation for several years.

Eventually, I decided to open a dedicated location to offer my services; a room within a yoga studio in Wenonah, NJ. There, my practice quickly grew and I became known for providing pain relief and deep relaxation.

Then, in 2025, I relocated to Malvern, PA. I found a new office location in Exton, renting a room from a chiropractor there. It’s been a busy year of networking and promoting to rebuild my client book, but a year in, it’s finally getting consistent!

My ability to empathize and “meet clients where they are” stems from my own experience with chronic pain, as well as that of some close family. I have specialized in neuromuscular cupping therapy, orthopedic exercise, and functional fitness in order to broaden my scope and provide the best, customized services. My current clients range from professional athletes, to retirees, to moms and dads in the thick of it, to college and high school athletes.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all! Covid hit less than a year into my business, during which time house calls for massage services were completely prohibited. I also became pregnant, had a high risk pregnancy with preterm delivery, and all the things that go along with that. I spent some time during covid shut down teaching for the local massage school to make ends meet until my practice was allowed to open again!

I became pregnant with my second right as I was opening my first physical location. I was lucky to have an “easy” pregnancy and started seeing clients again just 3 weeks after birth, but it was still a speed bump!

The biggest struggle so far has been the relocation to PA. It came just as my business was truly taking off, and starting from scratch was so demoralizing at first. It’s still challenging, but I’m finally becoming consistent with bookings and starting to feel confident again.

We’ve been impressed with Wellness Lifestyle , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business predominantly offers massage and bodywork services, as well as personal training. I specialize in pain management, focusing on corrective exercises and functional movement patterns.

I’m known for my intuitive touch, compassion, and results. The thing that really sets me apart is my client-first perspective. While maintaining my role as the expert in my field, I also remind clients they are the expert on THEM, and we always honor their preferences and boundaries during the session

My combination of exercise with massage therapy is also unique, and provides the best, longest-lasting results for my clients. The things they do at home in between sessions with me is what makes the biggest impact on their lives!

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
Definitely camping with my family (I’m one of 10 siblings). We didn’t have a lot of money growing up, but somehow my parents found a way to make it happen!
