Check Out Jennifer Urezzio’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Urezzio.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my journey studying photography, only to quickly realize I also enjoyed eating—so I transitioned into marketing and PR, where I rose to the top of my field. I became known for my ability to serve the media, to help them access truth, clarity, and the answers they were seeking. But as my career evolved, I found myself no longer allowed to speak directly with clients—because I would tell them their truth.

That was my awakening.

I knew there was something greater within me—something that could no longer be contained by traditional roles. So I began a deeper journey, working with coaches and master intuitives to understand how to fully embody my gifts: the fusion of business, strategy, and an inner knowing of what truly wants to be created.

In 2008, I brought forward what is now known as Soul Language—a paradigm that gives tangibility to the soul, both personally and within business.

For nearly two decades, I have supported heart-centered entrepreneurs in connecting to their internal wisdom, allowing that wisdom to become clear strategy, aligned action, and sustainable impact. Because when you honor what your soul knows, you don’t just build a business—you create a movement that nourishes both your mission and your life.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I don’t believe any journey of evolution is smooth—especially when you are choosing to expand, to experience more, and to move through what stands in your way. The highs and lows are not setbacks; they are invitations to explore, to understand, and to step more deeply into your own worthiness.

For me, that meant recognizing that as I claimed more of my value, I could serve my clients at a higher level—and also allow myself to receive more in return.

One of the deeper challenges I faced was believing that certain people needed my work. I could see it, feel it, and understand it—but I was still approaching the wrong audience. That realization required me to release my pride and trust that alignment matters more than convincing.

When I allowed myself to let go, I created space to truly connect with those who were ready—not just for what I offer, but for the transformation it provides.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
What I do is support individuals and businesses in connecting to the truth of who they are, so they can create from that place rather than from expectation, strategy alone, or the noise of the outside world. My work is about translating the soul into something tangible—something that can be lived, expressed, and experienced in real, practical ways.

I specialize in helping heart-centered entrepreneurs and leaders access their internal wisdom and allow that wisdom to inform their decisions, their strategy, and their impact. I’m known for being able to see and speak truth in a way that creates clarity, alignment, and forward movement—without force, and without bypassing what is actually present.

What I’m most proud of is not just what my clients create externally, but who they become in the process. Watching someone move from doubt, over-efforting, or misalignment into a deep sense of trust, worthiness, and clarity—and then build something sustainable from that place—that is everything.

What sets me apart is that I don’t teach people how to “do” more. I guide them back to who they already are. From there, the strategy becomes clear, the action becomes aligned, and the results are not only more impactful—they are also more sustainable and fulfilling.

Because when you are willing to honor your truth, everything you create carries that resonance—and that is what truly changes lives, including your own.

Any big plans?
In my business, I intentionally plan only three months at a time, allowing space for alignment, truth, and what wants to emerge next rather than over-controlling the process.

On a personal level, we recently purchased a home, which I’m deeply excited about. We’re in the process of repainting it and truly making it our own—infusing it with intention and meaning. I also feel a strong desire to travel more in the near future and expand my experiences in that way.

I’m also always open to growing this work by welcoming more Soul Language practitioners—those who feel called to be certified and carry this work forward in their own unique way.
