Hi Maddie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was always the friend with a camera in hand, capturing the in between moments that most people would walk right past! What began as a fun hobby turned into something I genuinely looked forward to, and every session made me fall even more in love with the art of freezing time! I invested in my very first camera during my time at Grove City College. That was the moment I decided to truly invest in learning photography. Since then, I’ve continued to grow—not just in skill, but in faith driven purpose! Every client, every session, and every milestone has shaped me into the photographer I am today! I never want to stop learning, creating, and serving the amazing people who trust me to preserve some of the most meaningful moments of their lives! Looking back, it’s incredible to see how something I loved as a little girl has become the passion God has blessed me with today. I’m so grateful for this journey, and I know the best is yet to come!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Growing my photography business happened alongside some of life’s biggest milestones! While balancing a full college course load and studying Biology Health at Grove City College, I spent my free time photographing sessions, editing galleries, and investing in my passion! After graduation, my husband and I began building our life together. Getting married, finding our sweet puppy (Tucker), and buying our first home! Juggling those responsibilities wasn’t always easy, but each season taught me perseverance, strengthened my faith, and has helped shape the photographer and business owner that I am today!

Based in Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio, I specialize in engagements, couples, families, and intimate elopements. My goal is to create timeless, heartfelt images while providing an experience that feels relaxed, genuine, and true to you!
What truly sets my business apart is the heart behind it. My work is rooted in faith, and I strive to serve every client with kindness, excellence, and purpose. I believe photography is about more than beautiful images, it’s about preserving the moments God has blessed us while spreading the good news of Jesus Christ! One of the things I’m most proud of is how much I’ve grown throughout this journey. I’m committed to continually learning, investing in my passion, and refining my craft because I believe there’s always room to improve! My hope is that every session reflects not only my passion for photography but also my faith!
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My advice for those just starting out is to trust the process, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes! Your mistakes are often your greatest steppingstones! Stay committed to learning, avoid comparing your journey to others, and always be willing to grow!
Most importantly, trust God with every step. He opens the right doors in His perfect timing. Stay faithful, work hard, and let your purpose be bigger than your pursuit of success! I wish while starting out I truly realized the importance of making mistakes. Not every image will be perfect, but finding the joy in the process of learning makes it all worth it!
