Today we’d like to introduce you to Hadarina Ceballos.
Hadarina, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My business began during a time in my life when I was struggling to find a job and, at the same time, having a hard time finding someone I could trust to take care of my children. I wanted to find a way to work while still being present for my kids, so I decided to explore the beauty industry.
I took a lash extension course, not knowing exactly where it would take me. At first, my goal was simply to learn a skill that would allow me to earn my own income while having the flexibility to be there for my children.
Over time, what started as a way to create flexibility for my family became something so much bigger. I began building my clientele, improving my skills, investing in my business, and most importantly, believing in myself and what I was capable of achieving.
The journey has not always been easy. There have been many moments when I felt tired, frustrated, and even wanted to give up. But I always reminded myself why I started. By the grace of God, through hard work, consistency, and perseverance, I have been able to overcome those difficult moments and grow my business into what it is today.
I am incredibly proud of how far my business has come and everything I have learned along the way. I feel like I didn’t just build a business—I built an opportunity for myself and my family. I’m grateful for every client who has trusted me, supported my work, and been part of this journey.
I know there is still so much more I want to accomplish, and I truly believe this is only the beginning.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been easy. When I first started, I was scared that things wouldn’t work out. I didn’t have many clients, and little by little, I started to feel discouraged. But thanks to God, today my business is doing really well, and I’m so grateful for how far I’ve come.

I am a professional lash artist and the owner of Lash Luxury by Michelle. I specialize in creating customized lash extensions that enhance each client’s natural beauty while making them feel confident and beautiful.
I’m known for my attention to detail, natural-looking results, and making sure every client receives a personalized experience. I take the time to understand what each client wants and choose a style that complements their eyes and features.
What I’m most proud of is how far I’ve come since I started. Building my business from the ground up, growing my clientele, and creating a space where women can come in, relax, and leave feeling more confident means so much to me.
What sets me apart is that I genuinely care about my clients and the quality of my work. For me, it’s not just about doing lashes—it’s about creating an experience and building relationships with the women who support my business.
