Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia Brinich.
Hi Olivia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m entering my fourth full year of running an equestrian learning center focused mainly on children and ponies. We are inclusive program that offer everything from local schooling shows to rated national shows from starting with one pony in December 2021 with maybe a handful students to now approaching 30 students and more than a dozen horses in my care.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Obviously, anything with the horses has never been a smooth road. There have definitely been struggles, especially with my time management because I still work a full-time job in addition to running this amazing program. I have an amazing team behind me, including an assistant trainer, working students and parents who equally enjoy the barn as their kids.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a horse trainer and coach for around 30 kids looking to advance in the horsemanship skills, and showing opportunities.
What are your plans for the future?
The future includes us having our own facility one day, and growing by including more inclusive opportunities for veterans, home school groups and children and adults with disabilities.
