Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has not always been smooth for Gounaris Housekeeping LLC. Like many service-based businesses, we have faced challenges including finding and retaining dependable employees, rising labor and supply costs, and adapting to changing client expectations. The COVID-19 pandemic brought additional uncertainty, requiring us to adjust our safety protocols while continuing to serve our clients with confidence. As the business has grown, balancing scheduling, quality control, and exceptional customer service has required continuous improvement. Through every challenge, we have remained committed to our core values of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. Those experiences have strengthened our business, deepened our relationships with clients, and helped establish Gounaris Housekeeping LLC as a trusted name in residential cleaning throughout the community.

I have clients that feel like friends/family which makes an impact on the service we provide.
We specialize in residential housekeeping only, including recurring maintenance cleanings, deep cleanings, and customized cleaning plans designed around each family’s needs. We know that every home is different, so we focus on personalized service rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Over the years, we’ve navigated labor shortages, rising operating costs, and the many challenges of running a small business.
