Today we’d like to introduce you to Chaza Banda.
Chaza, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born and raised in Zambia before immigrating to the United States as a kid. Like many immigrants, I grew up believing success meant following the traditional path, so I built a career in banking while always dreaming of creating something of my own. Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue entrepreneurship, which also led me to discover a passion for content creation. Today, I create content centered around life, relationships, personal growth, and motherhood, encouraging people to pause, reflect, and see familiar experiences from a different perspective.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been navigating life in the U.S. with very little family nearby. As an immigrant, there were so many moments where I had to figure things out on my own without the support system that many people naturally have. Whether it was building a career, starting businesses, or becoming a mother, I’ve learned to adapt, be resourceful, and keep moving forward even when things felt uncertain. Those experiences taught me resilience and reminded me that growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Looking back, I’m grateful for the challenges because they’ve shaped the perspective I bring to both my work and the content I create.

I’m a commentary content creator and the owner of CHZLAB, an online B2B custom uniform store. I’m passionate about helping people see the world through a different lens. Through my videos, I explore topics like relationships, personal growth, motherhood, and human behavior, encouraging people to question patterns they’ve accepted as normal and think more deeply about their own experiences.
What I’m most proud of is creating content that genuinely resonates with people. Knowing that something I shared made someone feel seen, challenged their perspective, or sparked a conversation is incredibly rewarding.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Something surprising that most people who know my work may not know about me is that I’m naturally very curious and constantly learning. A lot of my ideas come from observing people, asking questions, and noticing patterns that others may overlook.
Whether it’s through my businesses or my content, I’ve always been drawn to understanding why people do what they do and finding creative ways to turn those observations into something meaningful.
