Hidden Gems: Meet Sabrina Keeton-Hill of Queens United Wholistic Center LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Keeton-Hill.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey into holistic wellness began through my own healing. After experiencing health challenges, including PCOS and infertility, I started searching for answers beyond simply managing symptoms. That journey introduced me to herbalism, nutrition, ancestral healing practices, and the powerful connection between the mind, body, and spirit. As I experienced transformation in my own life, I became passionate about helping others do the same.

That passion led me to create Queens United Wholistic Center, where my mission is to make holistic wellness accessible through education, community, and practical tools that empower people to take charge of their health. Today, whether I’m teaching, writing, speaking, or creating wellness resources, everything I do is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we reconnect with ourselves, nature, and one another.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has helped shape who I am today. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve had moments of self-doubt, financial obstacles, and the challenge of building something from the ground up while balancing family, work, and personal responsibilities. There were also times when I had to trust my vision, even when others didn’t fully understand it.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that healing and entrepreneurship are both journeys that require patience, consistency, and faith. Every obstacle has strengthened my purpose and reminded me why I started. Today, I see those challenges not as setbacks, but as steppingstones that continue to shape both my personal growth and the impact I hope to make in my community.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Queens United Wholistic Center LLC?
Queens United Wholistic Center was created to help people reconnect with the root of wellness through education, community, and holistic healing. We believe that true wellness isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit while providing practical tools that people can incorporate into their everyday lives.

We specialize in holistic wellness education, herbal support, gut and nervous system health, women’s wellness, lifestyle coaching, workshops, community events, and thoughtfully created wellness products and resources. Whether someone is just beginning their wellness journey or looking to deepen it, our goal is to meet them where they are and empower them with knowledge they can use for a lifetime.

What sets Queens United Wholistic Center apart is our heart. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. We focus on building genuine relationships, creating safe and welcoming spaces, and honoring both modern wellness practices and ancestral traditions. Everything we offer is rooted in education, accessibility, and community because we believe healing is something that should be shared, not gatekept.

What I’m most proud of is the community we’ve built. Watching people become more confident in their health, reconnect with themselves, and feel empowered to make lasting lifestyle changes is the greatest reward. My hope is that every person who connects with Queens United Wholistic Center leaves feeling seen, supported, and inspired to take ownership of their wellness journey.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is seeing people experience those moments when everything just clicks—when they realize they have the power to take control of their health and begin to feel better from the inside out. There is something incredibly fulfilling about watching someone gain confidence, reconnect with themselves, and discover that healing is possible.

Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my family, being in nature, gardening, learning about herbs, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. Those simple moments remind me to slow down, stay grounded, and appreciate the beauty around me.

At the end of the day, my greatest happiness comes from knowing that my purpose is helping others live healthier, more intentional lives. That’s what continues to inspire me every single day.
