Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Keefer.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My Journey to Soul 2 Soul
In 2017, my life shifted in a way I never expected.
I was struggling deeply with my health, searching for answers through traditional Western medicine—but nothing seemed to truly help. I felt frustrated, disconnected, and honestly, a bit lost in my own body. I knew something wasn’t right, but I wasn’t being given the answers I needed.
That’s when I was guided to a natural doctor.
During my very first session, I was introduced to something that would completely change my life—Japanese Reiki. I remember being amazed at what I had never been taught about true wellness. Not just physical health, but the connection between mind, body, and soul.
After just one Reiki session, I felt a shift I couldn’t explain—but I knew it was real.
I felt clearer. Lighter. More myself.
I was hooked.
As I continued my sessions, I was offered the opportunity to train. I said yes with the enthusiasm of a child on Christmas morning. Something inside me knew this was more than curiosity—this was a path opening.
For a year and a half, I immersed myself in learning, growing, and reconnecting with a deeper sense of purpose. Eventually, I began seeing clients in the evenings and on weekends, balancing this new calling alongside my full-time job.
And that’s when everything truly clicked.
Helping others reconnect with their own light… watching them step into their healing…
There is nothing that compares to that feeling. It’s something I will forever be grateful for.
Life, however, has a way of continuing to guide us.
After experiencing years of improved health, I was faced with an autoimmune condition. While it required me to pause seeing clients for a few months, it also reminded me of something powerful—I now had the tools, the support, and the awareness to heal in a way I hadn’t before.
That experience changed everything.
It became clear that I wasn’t meant to continue down my previous path. I wasn’t meant to stay in the auto body world—fixing vehicles.
I was meant to help repair something much deeper. I was fortunate, my employer at my collision job had acquired a very unique and retro storefront in town. This was the spot I was meant for. With his assistance, the space was renovated for me and the shop. His encouragement and knowledge as an entrepreneur inspires me and helps propel me forward. How handy to have someone with that knowledge!
So, I took a leap of faith and stepped fully into my purpose.
I became a full-time Reiki Master and wellness consultant, dedicating my life to helping others find healing beyond what they may have been told is possible.
From that calling, Soul 2 Soul was born.
Today, my space is more than just a shop—it’s a place for connection, healing, and discovery. I offer individualized sessions that meet each person where they are, including Reiki, IonCleanse foot detoxes, past life regression, and angel/spirit guide sessions
Within the shop, you’ll also find a thoughtfully curated selection of local teas, tinctures, wellness products, books, crystals, and even a few fun, high-vibrational treasures.
I also host classes and events focused on energy, intuition, and crystal work—creating opportunities for others to learn, grow, and step into their own gifts.
The truth is… I don’t see this as work.
Every day is an opportunity.
An opportunity to help someone feel better.
To feel seen.
To feel balanced.
To feel whole again—mind, body, and soul.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of my biggest struggles hasn’t been the work itself—it’s been learning to fully trust that I will be supported.
I’ve always believed that the universe provides, and I’ve experienced that support in so many beautiful and unexpected ways. But stepping out of a steady, weekly paycheck and into creating something entirely on my own… that’s a different level of trust.
There’s no one else responsible for the outcome. No safety net in the traditional sense. It’s completely in my hands—and that’s both incredibly thrilling and, at times, a little terrifying.
That space between trust and fear is something I’ve had to grow through.
I’ve learned that this path requires more than just skill or passion—it asks for belief. Belief in the work, in myself, and in the energy I’m putting out into the world.
So much of my journey has been about shifting into an abundant mindset. Really anchoring into the knowing that what I’m meant to receive will come to me—not by force, but by alignment. By the energy I hold, the intention I set, and the authenticity I bring into my work.
And the truth is, every time I lean into that trust, I’m met with support in some form.
It doesn’t mean fear disappears—but it no longer leads.
Trust does.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I offer individualized, holistic healing experiences that support the mind, body, and soul.
At the core of my work is Reiki, where I help clients reconnect with their own energy, release blockages, and restore balance. But what I do goes far beyond a single modality—I specialize in meeting people exactly where they are and creating a path that feels aligned, supportive, and truly personal.
My services include Reiki sessions, IonCleanse foot detoxes, and deeper soul work such as past life regressions and angel/ spirit guide sessions. I also incorporate intuitive guidance and energy-based practices to help clients gain clarity, process emotions, and move forward in their healing journey.
Beyond one-on-one work, I’ve created a space through Soul 2 Soul that allows people to experience healing in a more expansive and approachable way.
I offer a wide variety of classes and events centered around energy, intuition, and crystal work—but what makes them unique is the creativity and intention behind them. I believe learning and healing don’t have to feel heavy or intimidating—they can be engaging, fun, and even a little magical.
That’s where events like my Cringo and Tingo nights come in—bringing a playful, welcoming energy into the space while still keeping a strong foundation of connection and intention. These events give people a chance to explore spirituality in a way that feels lighthearted, social, and accessible.
What I’m most proud of is the environment I’ve created.
There is nothing more meaningful to me than watching someone walk in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure—and seeing them leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more like themselves. Whether it’s through a session, a class, or even just a conversation in the shop, those moments of transformation are everything.
What truly sets me apart is my approach.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method to healing. Every person who walks through my door is met with genuine care, attention, and a customized experience based on what they need in that moment. My own journey through health challenges has also given me a deeper level of empathy and understanding—I’m not just guiding this work, I’ve lived it.
I also bring a balance of depth and lightness into everything I do.
Healing can be profound, but it doesn’t always have to be serious. I’ve intentionally created a space where people feel safe enough to go deep, but also comfortable enough to laugh, connect, and enjoy the process.
At the end of the day, this isn’t just a service—it’s an experience.
A space where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to reconnect with themselves in their own unique way.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is seeing people reconnect with themselves.
Whether it’s through a session, a class, or one of my events, I love watching that shift happen—when someone feels lighter, more at peace, and more like who they truly are.
I also love bringing creativity and a sense of fun into my work. Creating a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and even able to laugh while they’re healing is something that means a lot to me. I am so lucky to have met and known some of the absolute coolest and unique individuals -I am forever grateful.
At the end of the day, this work fills me up. It feels like purpose, not work—and that’s what makes me happiest.
If the shop is closed or quiet, I will have great music on and might even be dancing! I love to dance!
My Dad, Denny, helps me out and watches the shop for me while i am in sessions. I am so appreciative of him. He calls himself the unpaid actor and adores speaking and connecting with clients and shoppers. His jolly attitude greets folks when they come in and I am so happy to have extra time with my Dad. I get to “work” with him….how cool!!! He and I also do videos for our social media and he is a crystal lover and a tea drinker, He even has a tea named after him, called Dad’s Brew.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my three shop cats that i adore, Binx, Cookie, and Sunny. They have special teas as well. Clients and customers love seeing the kitties in their element, showering them with lots of attention when they come in.
I also have terrific local vendors that sell their artisan and hand crafted products at the shop. Seeing them have another place to shine makes me happy!
