Exploring Life & Business with Sarah Freeman of Holistic Strength

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Freeman.

Hi Sarah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am working on a brand I have created. My business is called Holistic Strength, LLC. Holistic Strength was born from my own rebuilding process. For much of my life, I was doing the quiet, internal work of healing- confronting generational cycles, and learning how to create safety within myself. Strength, for me, not only started in the gym, but also moments of choosing differently and taking ownership of my life.

At Holistic Strength, our mission is to transform lives from the inside out-empowering individuals to strengthen their bodies, heal emotionally, and connect deeply with their purpose. Through intentional movement, mindful practices, and a supportive community.

Over time, fitness became an extension of that healing. Lifting weights mirrored the inner work I was doing- discomfort that leads to growth, discipline on the day’s motivation fades. I quickly began to realize that physical training wasn’t separate from emotional resilience, it was reinforcing it.

Holistic Strength is the integration of those experiences. It represents strength that is not just aesthetic, but aligned. Not just physical, but mental and emotional. I’m building this brand for people who want more than a workout-transformation that feels sustainable.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was stepping away from a traditional, secure path to pursue something that wasn’t guaranteed. I don’t separate leadership from integrity. That means I’m constantly doing my own work so I can lead from alignment rather than ego. Learning to balance ambition with healing has been a challenge. I’ve had to redefine success in a way that doesn’t cost me my peace.

We’ve been impressed with Holistic Strength, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My professional life is rooted in building Holistic Strength as more than a fitness brand. It’s a long-term vision for integrated strength and personal development. I operate as an entrepreneur-personal trainer and reiki practitioner. On top of building individualized programs, reiki also allows me to incorporate a deeper awareness of recovery, alignment, and energy into my work. I am in the process of developing a clothing line designed to reflect the identity and mindset as well as publishing an autobiography about my journey of mental health, healing and self-empowerment.

Any big plans?
My vision for Holistic Strength is to continue expanding into a multidimensional brand rooted in integrity and transformation. In the near future, I plan to grow my client base intentionally, launch the Holistic Strength Apparel Line and publish my book. I see Holistic Strength evolving beyond one-on-one training into scalable programs, workshops, and community-based experiences that empowers individuals to rebuild from the inside out. My goal is to create a brand that is sustainable, structured, and impactful- one that outlives trends and continues to serve people who are ready to take ownership of their growth.
